What does a "Level" indicate in the title of a manual?
Service manual, Level 1: Contains information on how to operate the device. It also contains other subjects such as specifications, self-diagnostics, accessories, etc.
Service manual, Level 2: Contains information about disassembly, parts list, block diagrams, printed circuit boards and schematic diagrams. Where level 2 and level 3 are available, we recommend ordering both since they complement each other.
Service manual, Level 3: Contains schematic diagrams, parts list and printed circuit boards. Where level 2 and level 3 are available, we recommend ordering both since they complement each other.
Correction "X", Level "Y": Document containing additional information that corrects that of the level "Y" of the service manual. It is intended to be used together with the document that it corrects, not by itself. It usually contains from 1 or 2 pages.
