All Samsung products have a "Model Name" and a "Model Number". This happens in several scenarios:

1- They are totally different

Example: "SyncMaster 3Ne" vs. "CQB4147".
You should try searching both of them. If you still can not find your device in our catalog, it means we do not carry any manuals for it.

2- They are exactly the same

In this case, you have just one option in your search. If you can not find your device in our catalog it means we do not carry any manuals for it.

3- The Model Number is the same as the Model Name with a suffix added to it

Example: "AC401BR" vs. "AC401BR/XSG"
In this case, the Model Name ("AC401BR") is the generic way to identify a model, while the Model Number ("AC401BR/XSG") is usually more specific and appends a suffix that specifies also the country/region the model is manufactured for. The Model Number format is M/XXX, where "M" usually matches the Model Name and the "XXX" suffix after the slash specifies the country/region. You should try searching both of them. If you only know the Model Name but find several Model Numbers in the result, please check the label in the back of your device.
